How our fully comprehensive service adds value to your home refurbishment project

Client satisfaction is one of the most important parts of what we do. We love creating dream homes, so when you’re happy with the result, we’re happy. That’s why we offer a fully comprehensive service, so we can guarantee the standard of the finish.

Our team specialise in what they do and have many years of experience taking on all aspects of refurbishment projects. From start to finish, we take care of every detail.

Our process

Starting with a conversation, we make every effort to understand your needs and taste before diving in with ideas. We then look at the property to understand the potential—we look at the best ways to change the space to make it work for your needs, look for any issues with the structure, and create a plan, providing a unique approach to the project.

Whether the job is a simple refurbishment of one room or something more complex, we approach it in exactly the same way to ensure you get the best results.

Once we have an initial plan, that’s when you can start getting excited! We then start coordinating with our team of professionals to get the ball rolling, starting to source materials.

If you don’t have trust, what do you have?

Trust is the most important ingredient in any relationship. And in the case of a building project, we recognise that you have to put a lot of trust in us to let us into your home. We always try to build trust from the start and we are upfront about any challenges that may arise during a project.

Communication is key to building trust. We will communicate with you at every stage so you know exactly what is happening and when. If a problem arises, we will always talk through the best options to make sure you are happy with any changes that need to be made and we have received fantastic feedback from clients on this (feel free to read our testimonials).

Project management

Understanding all elements of a renovation or building project makes us able to act as a one-stop shop for all projects. One point of contact makes communication smoother and means not only are we informed but we can keep you informed as well. We can work with the chosen architect or designer to keep a project moving and make sure the end result matches the brief and the designs.

Honestly, this makes me love my job—being able to manage a team of skilful people, collaborating with architects and designers, and making sure all my clients are happy and satisfied. In every project I’m always the last man standing, it doesn’t matter who was responsible, the client problem becomes my problem until it’s solved.

Creating a dream family home

Skills are obviously important but so is attitude, both toward workmates and the projects themselves. On top of that, it’s important that everyone understands why we are working on a project—to create a wonderful home in which a family will enjoy many happy moments.

From the most experienced workman to the labourer, I always make sure they inspect the drawings from the very first day to understand what we want to achieve—everyone is an important part of the project.

The result is always the priority.
